  Concert: ‘Cinderella Rockerfella’, Monday 10th July 2pm and 7pm

   

  The rehearsals and singing are going really well and we can’t wait for our new end of term production, this year! In addition, we shall repeat the show at Tuesday’s village coffee and cake morning – also a first for us. Next – the West End!!

  

• Summer Fete

  We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our Fete on Saturday.

   

  The PTA have worked really hard to make the Fete a success, once again, and the result is that we are able to provide extended opportunities for all our children at little or no cost, for example: school trips, Christmas parties, pantomimes etc.  In addition, they fund IT equipment; additional classroom resources; playground benches and much more besides.

   

  Please come along and show your support in whatever way you can.

  

• Den Building Day

  On Wednesday afternoon, all the children from reception – Year 6 transformed the school field and Class 1 play area into a series of dens and shelters in order to raise money for Save the Children.

   

  We saw some wonderful creations and the children showed great team-building skills. We raised £50.10 – thank you everyone!

  

• Grandparents/Family Day

  We all enjoyed this special event again this year, although the afternoon seemed to pass by rather quickly!

  Thank you to everyone who attended and please let us know if you have not received a copy of your child’s poem or artwork to keep.
