To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we kindly request that you complete a medical form if your child is currently receiving antibiotics or requires paracetamol or ibuprofen during school hours. This form will help us administer the medication correctly and monitor your child’s health effectively.

You can obtain the medical form from the school office or download it from the link below. Once completed, please return the form to the school office along with the medication in its original packaging, clearly labelled with your child’s name and dosage instructions.
