Saturday 25th February was a big day for Wymondham, St Peter’s.  We had been training for this for months!! We took over 50% or our KS2 pupils to Longfield Academy to take part in the Melton and Belvoir Cross Country. 

It was a soggy day, but the children showed their usual positive attitude towards their run.  They all ran brilliantly round the boggy track and all managed to finish, even though it was very challenging.

For the first time ever, we won a medal! Over 25%of our children qualified for the next round and highlight of the day was when four of our children joined another child to help her finish the course.what great ambassadors for our school.
